In The Words Of Shakespeare

“A quiet secluded life in the country, with the possibility of being useful to people to whom it is easy to do good, and who are not accustomed to have it done to them; then work which one hopes may be of some use; then rest, nature, books, music, love for one's neighbor — such is my idea of happiness.”

When The Lord Makes Your Little Girl Dreams Come True...

I had always loved those unusual shaped windows in a home!
In the movie Pollyanna the elderly man showed the kids how the crystals from the chandelier sparkled against the walls .
The Lord Blessed Me with not one, but three fireplaces and a lovely family to gather around them.

We put the water garden in last year and added new stones this year. Along came Jeremiah the bullfrog to keep the fish company. The water lily has bloomed three times already.

I was blessed with a Japanese Lilac at the base of the lamp post.
The hydrangea was here when I bought the home.

Floating aimlessly on the water in my own pool, in my own backyard!

Yes, the Lord  has blessed me with all those things that I had dreamed of as a little girl growing up in Alpha, New Jersey.  He brought me to this lovely community of Lake Wynonah, Pennsylvania. Lake Wynonah is a private gated community with two gorgeous lakes and many other amenities; community pool, tennis court, two basketball courts, several pavilions and picnic areas, a lodge with a restaurant and bar, and many service and social clubs.

My home has many other features that I absolutely adore and enjoy.  There is a huge window in the living room with the most awesome views of the sun setting in the west.

There is a shelf under that window and another over the sliding glass doors that lead to the deck. The deck offers so much to enjoy; nature and comfort.

I always wanted a home with a red door and it was the first thing that I had noticed
when the realtor brought me to the home to see it.

Who wouldn't love a bedroom that is 11'X17', just another great blessing in my home!

And every family dreams of having two full bathrooms! The lower level full bath adjoins the lower level guest room, and

has an extra wide door made especially for one of the former owners who was confined to a wheel chair.

In 1963 when I was 12 years old my parents looked at a model home that was a split level with the same type foyer and stairs as my home that lead down to a family room. I always wanted a family room from that day forward. Now I have my family room for throwing parties, watching movies, or playing ping pong.
I always loved windows with shutters too!

In 1993 when my husband Roger and I were married I had this Bible verse read during the ceremony, Jeremiah 29:11

I want to thank the Lord for all these blessings and making my little girl dreams come true. What makes it all so special is the fact that I am sharing these blessings withmy husband,  my two daughters and my grandchildren.

A Beautiful Soul Has Left This Earth

http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/depression/expert-answers/clinical-depression/faq-20057770

From the Don McLean song Vincent:

And when no hope was left in sight
On that starry, starry night

You took your life, as lovers often do
But I could've told you Vincent (Robin)
This world was never meant for
One as beautiful as you

How Can Obamacare Be A Threat To Religious Freedom?

How could that be possible? How can a church respect the US Constitution and yet disagree with the Republican Supreme Court Justice Harry Blackmun who in 1973, authored the Court's opinion in Roe v. Wade, invalidating a Texas statute making it a felony to administer an abortion in most circumstances. The Court's judgment in the companion case of Doe v. Bolton held a less restrictive Georgia law to be unconstitutional also. Both decisions were based on the right to privacy announced in Griswold v. Connecticut (1965) and remain the primary basis for the constitutional right to abortion in the United States. Roe caused an immediate uproar, and Blackmun's opinion made him a target for criticism by opponents of abortion, receiving voluminous negative mail and death threats over the case. Blackmun was nominated to the Supreme Court by President Richard M. Nixon on April 14, 1970, and was confirmed by the Senate on May 12, 1970, by a 94–0 vote What party does the Catholic Church endorse today and WHY? I ask you all to stop being Sheeples, learn about the REAL facts and use your own mind and pray for proper guidance. I too am against Abortion but I also believe that the government stay out of dictating to any religion. I would also be against any religion dictating to anyone's health care and heath care rights! I don't like that an employer feels they have a right to dictate to the personal issues and decisions of an employee. There are laws that provide for employees following employer's codes of ethics so use them to weed out an employee you feel breaks those codes! I once worked for a county agency with strict ethical laws to abide by, like anonymity of the clients. If I broke that rule I could be fired.
